For the third consecutive year, the 5th Nit Empresarial of the Unió d’Empresaris Intersectorial was held at Mas de Sant Lleí last night. The Nit Empresarial - Premis UEI is the annual reference act for entrepreneurs in the the Vallès Oriental. An institutional dinner that brings together a large number of businessmen and prominent personalities from the economic, industrial, commercial fields...
Today, 21 October, Mas de Sant Lleí participates in the inverse workshop of French market organised by the Catalunya Convention Bureau. Anna Santacana, responsible for corporate events at Mas de Sant Lleí, will meet with ten agencies and companies from the neighbouring country to advertise our facilities and services.

Once again this year, Mas de Sant Lleí participated in the cuisine show of the 42nd Festa de la Verema d’Alella. From Friday to Sunday, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., hundreds of people were able to enjoy and taste dishes made by restaurants in the area, marrying them with DO Alella wines. Our chef and his team offered creamy rice with Palafrugell sea urchins and samphire, and Iberian secret with Thai vegetables.
In recent weeks, several couples who have celebrated their weddings at Mas de Sant Lleí have written to us asking what they should do to make their wedding photos appear on the Mas de Sant Lleí Facebook, Instagram or blog. We are pleased to receive your images and comments, and if you give us your consent, we will be happy to share them. So, if you want to have your photos on our blog or on our social networks, you can do it in two ways: A. You can send us a selection of photographs of your wedding addressed to cm@masdesantllei.com and, if you write a comment, we will post it in the blog. B. You can also tag your photos on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtags #masdesantllei or #bodesalMas, we will locate them and we will be able to share them. We invite you to share your pictures! Like every year, we like innovating and proposing new surprises to the grooms and brides who hold their wedding receptions at Mas de Sant Lleí. This year, we have made newly designed menus and maps that we give to all the couples that hold their wedding receptions at Mas de Sant Lleí so that, if they wish, they can include them in the envelopes with their wedding invitations. The new menus have a floral and elegant design that combines with all the colours of the tablecloths that you have at your disposal. We hope you like them!
We are open in the summer again this year. If you are making arrangements for your wedding and want to come to take a look at Mas de Sant Lleí, we will welcome you and show you our facilities. Please, note that our opening hours are: On Tuesdays to Fridays: from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. On Saturdays: from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. On holidays and Sundays: from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Mondays: we are closed. Despite these schedules, if a wedding reception is being held in the manor house, no visits are accepted to ensure the intimacy of the newlyweds. As every year, our chef Dani Bogunyà and his team are introducing novelties in the aperitif for wedding receptions. This year, the novelties are the seasonal nuts and manioc breads of different flavours in the complimentary appetizer, the aperitif that opens the cocktail. Among the new cold proposals, we can find Martini gelée, with cockles and violet potatoes, and the conch with sprouts of crudités, shrimp, crab and pesto. Following our style of Mediterranean cuisine with exotic touches is the shrimp hot dog, squid crunch and green ketchup, and the false saffron and blue algae risotto with scampi confit at low temperature. And finally, in the cooking show, the creamy rice with Palafrugell sea urchins and samphire is the highlight. We hope you can come to enjoy together all these innovations that accompany our classics such as the McLleí or our pintxos.
On Tuesday, 24 May, a team of executives from a major US multinational visited Mas de Sant Lleí. The group enjoyed the privacy and tranquillity of the cosy inner yard of the manor house where a cocktail was served with snacks such as a toasted ciabatta with smoked sardine, escalibada and garlic gratin zabaglione or pitta with exotic and spicy fillet of pheasant, accompanied by a cooking show of rice with ceps or meat barbecue with sauces.
Last Friday, 19 February, the Pan de Masa Lenta MUM (slow bread), the bread of those who know how to wait, was presented at Mas de Sant Lleí. After having lunch in the Sant Esteve dining room, around 200 bakers from all over Spain endorsed its presentation in the Santa Justa dining room. A dais and a runway built with pallets presided over the hall, in which wood and orange, the colour chosen for the new brand, predominated. Outside the manor house, different showrooms were set up to complete the set and staging. Pan de Masa Lenta MUM contains a blend of wheat-based dough, which gives it an unmistakable flavour and aroma. The result is a crisper and more durable bread, which is already on sale in selected bakeries throughout Spain.
On May 10, Ana Santacana, who is in charge of corporate events in Mas de Sant Lleí, attended the UK Networking MICE held at the Shangri-La Hotel in London. More than 40 UK and Irish agencies took part in the networking event, organised by the Catalunya Convention Bureau, the programme of the Catalan Tourism Agency that aims to promote Catalonia as a tourism destination for business meetings, incentives and congresses. It was an opportunity to make Mas de Sant Lleí known to British and Irish agencies.

On 21 April, the School of Economics of the Universidad Pompeu Fabra celebrated their half-way mark at Mas de Sant Lleí. The evening began on the large Sant Esteve terrace, where the nearly five hundred attendees were served cocktails. Then, inside the hall, awards are given to different students.
Last weekend at New York’s Bridal Fashion Week 2016, a new limited edition Barbie doll, of which only 10,000 have been produced worldwide, was introduced. This time, the Oscar de la Renta fashion house was in charge of dressing the famous doll. The romantic dress that Barbie wears belongs to the collection of wedding dresses that the Dominican designer presented in 2014 before his death.
On 14 April, the Japanese company SMC held an interesting conference at Mas de Sant Lleí. Alberto Morán from SMC España was in charge of leading the conference about the new challenges of the industry, which was attended by more than 150 people. After the conference, the attendees tasted a cocktail in the Sant Esteve terrace and were delighted with the magnificent views on El Vallès and the mountain of Montserrat. SMC, a leading Japanese company, is a global organisation engaged on the development, manufacture, marketing and application of components for industrial automation. SMC was established in Spain in 1990 as one of SMC Corporation’s subsidiaries and has its Spanish headquarters in Vitoria.
The countdown to the Rosa Clará show that will open the runway shows of the Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week 2016 has begun. And it is only fifteen days left so that the lime lights of the runway light up to receive to the best designers and their bridal collections for 2017. For several years now, Barcelona has established itself as a yearly meeting point within the bridal fashion sector. The best wedding dress designers have shown their creations on the runway of the Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week, reaffirming a high level in design, innovation and quality.
